Online Application / Registration Form

1. Before filling the form please read all the instructions then, click on “I Agree” and click on Proceed.
2. Please click on Pre–Kindergarten or L.K.G. Registration form (whichever may be applicable).
3. Fill online Application / Registration Form.
4. Photograph of the child, father and mother (in jpeg / jpg / GIF format for uploading)
5. The age of the child applying for PRE-KG is calculated from 1st June 2017 to 31st May 2018. Children born between 1st June 2017 and 31st May 2018 are only eligible for applying. The age of the child applying for LKG is calculated from 1st June 2016 to 31st May 2017. Children born between 1st June 2016 and 31st May 2017 are only eligible for applying.
6. Please check all the details you have filled in the Application/Registration form before you have submitted. Click on Submit. Please note that you won’t be able to Edit the form after Submission.
7. MAKE PAYMENT after submission of Application Form. For the payment of Rs. 200/- as registration charges, kindly use UPI or Rupay Debit Card option. Other modes may be chargeable.
8. Please get a print of the acknowledgment receipt and application form once you submit your online registration. This receipt and form shall be produced at the time of verification.
9. After submitting the form, If you face any error while doing payment, do not fill the new form instead you can go to the "ViewSubmitted Forms/Online Pay" link. Then give the required input and complete the payment.
